Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking opposite cottage in FOC village car park. Enclosed garden with patio, furniture. Four well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Situated close to the road so some associated noise associated may be heard. Note: Sloping ceilings and some restricted head height in the second floor double bedroom. Note: The double bedroom is accessed via stairs from the snug. Note: Mobile signal is intermittent due to location. Note: Stairs are fairly steep.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio furniture and there is FOC parking in the village car park. Two well behaved pets are welcome. Minafon is a fantastic base for families or friends to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Llangynog lies amidst the Berwyn Mountains and surrounding wooded hills and valleys. The area has a history of lead, silver and slate mining dating back to the 17th Century but today it is a renowned location for climbing, birdwatching, walking and cycling, with famous mountain bike trails near Dolgellau, and a mountain bike centre at Llandegla.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
