All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin (zip/link can be super king-size on request) with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Cot & highchair available on request. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring extra towels for hot tub use). Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed decking with outdoor furniture and hot tub. Please keep children supervised at all times due to the deep water lakes in the surrounding grounds. Highchair available upon request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.7 miles

"We have just come back from a lovely short break in Redkite Lodge! There has been so much thought and care put into this cosy little home from home. Every where you look there are special little touches...a fluffy blanket in the living room so you can cuddle up in front of the wood burner. Tea, Coffee and sugar in the kitchen...milk in the fridge...useful things like tin foil and paper towels. Not forgetting a HUGE chocolate cake that was begging to be eaten The beds are luxurious...the showers have plenty of hotwater...no shortage of fluffy towels! The hot tub is a treat....complete with views of the hills and a sky full of stars at night! Every morning there are a few friendly sheep waiting to say hello...a woodpecker too! I cant recommend Manor lodges highly enough! Julie and Kev you guys are amazing...thank you so much! Go...book yourself a break! Now! "

"Absolutely fabulous, high spec Lodge in an idyllic, peaceful setting. Hot tub with beautiful views. The lovely owners had a homemade cake waiting for us on arrival. Thank you Manor Farm Lodges for making our first visit to Wales, really memorable."
