Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and WiFi. Garage-turned-games room with table tennis, as well as toys for children, board games and rackets/balls for lawn games. Highchair, travel cot and stair gate available. Fuel and power inc. in rent, with limited wood for log burner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Lawned garden and decking with hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ. Lockable bike shed. Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside the cottage. Note: Garage-turned-games room is not heated. Note: Please don't mind the owner's cat who only has access to garage-turned-games room; will not require feeding, and will stay outside. Shop and pub 10 minute walk away
