Two bedrooms: 1 x double and 1 x twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request). Ground-floor bathroom with a bath and shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Dining/living room. Sitting room with woodburning stove. First floor snug with sofa bed. Oil central heating, woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and stairgate available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Secure bike shed. Sloped lawned garden and front patio area with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: the garden area is sloped and care must be taken with children, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The doorways to the upstairs bedrooms are low and ducking may be required. Note: Please advise if the sofa bed in the first floor snug is required as bedding will then be provided.
