Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove Underfloor heating throughout and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 3 Smart TVs and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Decking with furniture and hot tub. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub within 3 miles and shop within 5.7 miles. Note: Dog to be kept on lead at all times when outside due to farm animals. Note: Not suitable for children under the age of 10. Note: Check in 5pm, departure 12pm. Note: There is a rope balustrade on the decking with a 1.2metre drop
