Reviews of Rhos Cottage

"A lovely place to base yourself in for a visit to this part of Wales. The cottage was great, well equipped, well kept and comfortable. We particularly liked the animals on site and the owners were very welcoming and helpful - a simple thing but our lovely visit was perfectly rounded off by my daughter being given a present of a horse shoe which the owner had just removed from one of his horses whilst he was fitting a new one - cheers It was an absolute pleasure - don't hesitate in using this cottage - brilliant Thanks Again David, Lesley, Amy"

"We loved are holiday on this lovely little farm. The cottage is well furnished, modern and immaculate. It is in a beautiful setting close to Knighton. Ann, Tom and Michael were great hosts and we only had to knock if we wanted anything/ advice on area etc. Our 6 year old daughter loved meeting the 2 horses, chickens and especially dogs Belle and Sky. Thank you for some wonderful memories and making our daughter very happy, she loved collecting the eggs, and we loved eating them! She can't wait to come back and said it was her best holiday ever. Taking a short walk on Hedgers Ridge to see the wild horses is a must. Thanks for a perfect holiday!"

"Coming from a town base, it was absolute heaven to be able to sit and look up at the night sky and see stars; whole constellations, and the peace & quiet and the fresh air was just heaven. Add to that a gorgeous cottage which was clean and well kept, we didn't want to come home actually."

"Excellent location, property and owners. They made us feel really welcome. Although, this was a last minute booking, the place was ready and waiting in a perfect condition when we arrived. We could have done with a with a few more days, as once we finished our business in Wales, we were able to relax. However, it was then time to go home. The beds were really comfortable and certainly gave us all a comfortable good nights sleep. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, along with some fresh eggs that we all enjoyed, along with the kids going egg hunting in the mornings. We will definitely be going back, this time also taking in some of the walks."
