Welcome to Y Felin. This pretty, stone cottage lies on the outskirts on Newport in Pembrokeshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x ground floor twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. First floor cloakroom. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Underfloor eco heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with patio area and furniture at rear. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 5 mins walk, Shops, restaurants and beaches 2.5 miles. Note: No children under the age of 10, due to the farming machinery within the grounds. Note: Dogs to be kept on leads when outside due to other animals in the area. Note: Due to the style of the cottage, may not be suitable for the less mobile. Note: You may notice some noise from the boiler as it is situated next to the ground floor twin room.

Location

Yfelin is a delightful, stone-built cottage resting near the coastal town of Newport, surrounded by Pembrokeshire's countryside. It plays host to two bedrooms; a king-size double and a ground floor twin, sleeping four guests altogether. There is also a ground floor bathroom, first floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner and sitting room with woodburning stove. To the exterior is off-road parking for one car and an enclosed garden at the rear. Yfelin promises a varied break in a lovely part of Wales.

Newport is a Pembrokeshire town in south west Wales, lying on the River Nevern with a selection of shops, pubs, tea rooms, plus an excellent golf course overlooking the sea. You have access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path which is renowned for its landscape and opportunities to go dolphin and seal spotting. You can spend a day at Castell Henllys Iron Age Fort, see the Shire Horses at the Shire Horse Farm or spend relaxing days on the huge choice of beaches.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
