Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x ground floor single with a pull out stacker bed. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, bidet, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and sofa bed with 2 woodburning stoves. Conservatory. Oil central heating with 2 x woodburning stoves. Oil range cooker, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, PlayStation, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in free public car park 30 yards away in the centre of the village. Lockable bike storage. Rear lawn and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: No mobile phone signal in cottage. Note: Some low doors. 3 Kayaks avaiable ( 1 double and 2 songle )- You will need to bring your own safety equipment - all used at your own risk.

Also inside there is a kitchen, a living diner with two woodburning stoves and a conservatory. To the outside there is a rear lawn and a patio with furniture as well as off road pakring for 1 car and public parking nearby. Y Felin is a beautiful cottage in a rural location.
