Reviews of Rose Cottage

"Stayed here with our dog, 7 adults and 5 month old baby. The cottage had everything we need and was in a lovely spot, short walk to two pubs both did food. The beach was within walking distance and also there was an estuary that was great for walking the dog and for him to go swimming. Neighbours were really friendly and so were the staff in the local shop."

"Rented this cottage with the family as we had a wedding to go to. Plenty of room for everyone. Even when we had four visitors with two dogs. The cottage has everything we needed. In a great location with small shop, chip shop and post office on the door step. Half hour walk into town. Best bit was the outdoor shower."

"The cottage was everything we wanted; furnished to a high standard and nicely decorated with a coastal theme and yet cosy. The bedrooms were lovely and both the bathroom facilities were very good. The kitchen was very modern and having the utility room was handy too. The children loved having a good WiFi connection and access to Netflix, particularly when the weather wasn't good or for chilling after a busy day. This was the first time we've taken our dog away with us and we were really pleased we did. The village itself was lovely, the locals we spoke to were very friendly and having 3 dog and child friendly pubs all within 10 minutes walking distance was great!"

The owners have literally thought of everything to make their guests stay as easy and hassle-free as possible. The village was lovely too, with a great pub on the river, friendly neighbours/locals and the walk to the beach was beautiful. We'll definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay and with better weather."
