Open-plan living room with kitchen, sitting room and dining area, with woodburning fire. Kitchen prep room. Oil central heating with underfloor heating and a woodburning fire. Dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Enclosed, lawned garden area with a hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking allowed. Local shop is 1 mile away; pub is 2.5 miles. Note: More logs for the woodburner can be purchased from the owner if needed. Note: Crog Loft Style Stairs, care to be taken and not suitable for young children or limited mobility. Note: There are single steps down to prep kitchen, bathroom and twin bedroom.
