Kitchen with dining area. Sun room. Sitting room with woodburning stove. Ground source Geothermal underfloor heating to ground floor and radiators to first floor. Woodburning stove. Electric cooking range, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, a selection of books, games and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Ample off-road parking.
