One bedroom: 1 x double. Ground floor shower room with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove and sofa bed (suitable for a child). Electric heating, multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, 2 x TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 1 car. Decking with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Various steps across ground floor, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is an inflatable hot tub that will be ready on arrival. Please note: all breaks must arrive or depart on a week day (not Saturday or Sunday)

Location

The Annexe is a one bedroom property situated on the Isle of Anglesey, within the village of Brynteg. It comes set with one bedroom which hosts a double bed, there is also a shower room, the property is able to sleep two people. Its interior also provides a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. Externally, you will find off-road parking for one car as well as a decking with furniture. The Annexe is a homely getaway, ideal for couples looking to experience the wonderful attractions that Anglesey can offer.

Brynteg is a small rural village close to the wonderful coastline of the lovely Isle of Anglesey. The village has a pub, and is home to the Storws Wen golf course, which also boasts a restaurant open to the public. Only 2.5 miles away is the seaside resort of Benllech, which has a beautiful long and sandy beach, much favoured by families, with a slipway allowing easy access for all, whilst Red Wharf Bay offers miles of sand (when the tide is out) and provides wonderful scenic walks and an excellent inn, in which to wine and dine afterwards. The setting promises to suit every taste; the town is ideal for family holidays, whilst the rural setting offers peace and easy access to the coast, rural Anglesey and of course the spectacular mountains of Snowdonia.
