Electric gel-filled panel heaters with two woodburners. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 small cars or 1 large car. Secure bike storage. Private enclosed garden with furniture, BBQ and tree swing. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 5 mins walk. Train station 5 mins walk. Beach 10 mins walk. Note: The cottage is positioned on the A496 and there may be some associated noise. Note: There are steps to patio area and care should be taken. Note: Some walls are dry stone and low in places, children and pets should be supervised.
