Welcome to Llys Madoc. A beautiful appointed cosy cottage situated in the harbour town of Porthmadog in North Wales which can sleep two people in one bedroom.

One double bedroom with harbour views and en-suite shower room with walk in double shower, basin and WC. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area and electric woodburning effect stove. Gas central heating and electric wood burning effect stove in sitting room. Electric oven and 2 ring Induction hob, fridge, mini freezer,slim line dishwasher, coffee maker, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, DAB Radio, Bluetooth speaker, iPod docking station, selection of games and books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking close by, on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Harbour/marina opposite. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage the internal stairs are narrow and steeper than normal. Note: Internal step between kitchen and cloakroom. Note: Adults only.

To the outside is roadside parking close by, on a first come, first served basis. Set in a great situation, Llys Madoc can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

The harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway, where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
