Sitting room with dining area and electric woodburning effect stove. Gas central heating and electric wood burning effect stove in sitting room. Electric oven and 2 ring Induction hob, fridge, mini freezer,slim line dishwasher, coffee maker, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, DAB Radio, Bluetooth speaker, iPod docking station, selection of games and books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking close by, on a first come, first served basis. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 mins walk. Harbour/marina opposite. Beach 15 mins walk. Note: Due to the age and nature of the cottage the internal stairs are narrow and steeper than normal. Note: Internal step between kitchen and cloakroom. The harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway, where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
