Oil central heating and two wood burning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge and washing machine and tumble dryer in utility on second floor. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/CD, Wifi, selection of books, games and DVD's. Fuel, power and all wood for wood burning stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Parking for 3 cars. Front patio and rear BBQ area with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Rear BBQ area is accessed via stone steps or a bridge from the second floor. Note: This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The rest of the house is made up of a kitchen with breakfast area (seats 6), a dining room with woodburning stove and a sitting room (seats 10) with woodburning stove. To the outside is parking for three cars and a front patio and rear BBQ area with seating. Set in a great place, Gwynfryn House can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Situated next to the beautiful River Artro, and boasting a mild climate due to its unusual positioning behind the high dunes of a nature reserve, this charming village has an exciting array of wildlife and birds, handy local shops, bike hire and mountain walks on your doorstep, as well as two excellent pubs.
