All ground floor. One bedroom: 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas hob with electric oven, microwave, fridge, TV, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Private garden area with furniture and wood fired hot tub with all wood provided. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6 miles, pub 4.9 miles. Note: There is limited WiFi due to the location of the property. Note: Hot Tub dependant on weather conditions.

Outside there is a private garden with furniture and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking. The Barn at Cae'r Fadog Isaf offers spectacular, panoramic views of green countryside in a desirable part of North Wales.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway, where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town. The well known and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is just down the coast.
