One well-behaved dog welcome (downstairs only and not in bedrooms, please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 6.8 miles, pub 5.5 miles. Porthmadog is a bustling town resting on the Glaslyn Estuary in North Wales, acting as a gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Within the town you will find a selection of shops and restaurants, as well as Ffestiniog Railway which offers trips through Snowdonia to Blaenau Ffestiniog. Attractions within the surrounding area include the village of Borth Y Gest and the Italianate village of Portmeirion.
