Welcome to Isallt Bach. This detached rural farmhouse is near the village of Golan, six miles from Porthmadog and sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with freestanding roll-top bath, hand-held shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with woodburner. Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to front with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 6 miles. Note: Cottage is accessed via a rough mountain track (approx 0.5 miles long), which can be difficult in winter and on occasions has become impassable for any vehicle other than vehicles with four wheel drive. Note: Mobile signal is very limited. Note: This property is on a mountain working sheep farm, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside cottage. Note: Children must always be supervised when outside. Note: Private water supply which is tested annually. Note: Check-in 4pm. Note - Please be advised that home deliveries are not suitable for this property due to the remoteness. NOTE: Dogs only no cats sorry.

The bustling harbour town of Porthmadog lies on the Glaslyn Estuary and enjoys a stunning setting. The gateway to the Snowdonia National Park, Porthmadog is full of individual shops and restaurants, and home to the Ffestiniog Railway, where you can travel by steam through spectacular Snowdonia scenery, to Blaenau Ffestiniog. The pretty village of Borth Y Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is a short walk or drive from the town.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
