Reviews of Hendoll Cottage 1

"Great location for walks very quiet , well equipped cottage , good beach ten minutes walk away and track to the blue lake outside front door, we just did loads of walking with the dogs so suited us perfectly, not sure about local pubs think you may need a car , but it was fine for us, and you can walk to Barmouth across the bridge although we cheated and drove to the station near where bridge starts . We will be back"

"The cottage was charming and beautiful, exactly what one would need for a break from the city. The location is quiet and peaceful but not hard to find. The real wood burner in the living room gave off a great cosy vibe and the place as a whole was well maintained and furnished & decorated to a high and modern standard. Decent WiFi is a must for us and thank God Hendoll Cottage 1 didn't let us down with this!"

"We were the first to stop in this property. Lovely peaceful setting 10 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful walk up the lane to the blue lake a must. Lots to see and do in the area Enjoyed Portmerion and Barmouth. Cottage was comfortable just needed a few finishing touches. The courtyard outside was a nice little sun trap in the afternoon but the garden requires work. Word of warning because it is an upside down house you need to be aware that when you are in bed you can hear every little sound from upstairs. This may be a problem if you have light sleepers or young children going to bed early. "
