Open-plan living accommodation with kitchen area, dining area and sitting area with solid fuel burning stove. LPG central heating and wood burning stove. New cooker with two electric ovens and induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. TV with Freeview, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Gas, electric power and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking close by. Courtyard garden with table and chairs. Secure bike storage. One well-behaved dog allowed (downstairs only and not in bedrooms). Sorry, no smoking. Shop 15 mins walk. Pub 10 mins walk. Note: Parking is located on the quiet lane which is approximately 20 yards away from the cottage. Note: The double bedroom has sloping ceilings and some restricted head height. Note: The double bedroom is open to the stairs and access to the en-suite is also at the top of the stairs.

The village is home to local shops and pubs. The surrounding area has an exciting array of wildlife and birds including soaring buzzards. The small town of Harlech is just 4 miles away, dominated by its majestic 13th century castle which is a World Heritage Site. Harlech also boasts an excellent variety of amenities including some good quality restaurants. Nearby Barmouth offers a Panorama Walk with breathtaking views and also a harbour from which you can enjoy a ferry to Fairbourne for a ride on the miniature railway or a boat trip out to sea.
