Location

Ty Gwyn is a traditional farmhouse on a working farm in Penmaenpool, near the Mawddach Estuary. The cottage has two doubles and a twin room, a bathroom, additional cloakroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed garden. Ty Gwyn is ideally placed for enjoying cycling along the Mawddach Trail, conquering Cader Idris, lazing on the beaches of Cardigan Bay and much more.

Penmaenpool is a small village set along the Mawddach Estuary, close to the popular Mawddach cycling and walking trail. The village has a traditional pub, and is close to the amenities of Dolgellau, the mountains of Snowdonia, the beaches or Cardigan Bay and much more.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"Ty Gwyn is a stunning house in a stunning, peaceful and sheltered location, with a lovely private garden. The decor, beds, furnishings, crockery, cutlery - everything - were all to the highest standard. The owners were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Overall we felt very much at home, and will be back as soon as we can!"
