Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen. Sitting room with dining area with woodburner. Electric central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, under counter fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stairgate available on request. Parking in public car park 5 minute walk away in the town center. On road parking available on Cader Road, 400 yard walk. Enclosed gravelled courtyard with patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: The stairs to the bedrooms are steep, children must be supervised.

The Cottage is a characterful retreat located in the village of Dolgellau in Snowdonia National Park. Located in the heart of southern Snowdonia, between the imposing Cader Idris mountain range and the sea, is the small market town of Dolgellau. This holiday base is a prefect spot from which to combine the many outdoor pursuits on offer in Snowdonia with the soft sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey. With a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat, the town is well placed for access to other nearby coastal resorts.
