Bike storage. Lawned garden with lake view. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 0.01 miles. Note: Garden is not enclosed and leads down to the lake, children and pets should be supervised at all times. BBQ.

Location

Nant Y Gwernan is an attractive property resting in a breath-taking location next to Lake Gwernan, three miles from the bustling town of Dolgellau. Consisting of three bedrooms; a super king-size double, double and twin, slepeing six in total, along with a bathroom and shower room upstairs, and a WC with basin on the ground floor. The downstairs is made up of the open-plan living area, including a kitchen, dining and sitting area, plus a snug room with gas fire and Smart TV with Sky. Outside is are large lawned grounds which extend down to the lake, with secure bike storage and off road parking for 3-4 cars. Nant Y Gwernan is an excellent retreat to an unspoilt part of Wales.

The market town of Dolgellau lies in the heart of Snowdonia between the Cader Idris mountain range and the sea. This holiday base is an excellent spot from which to combine the many outdoor pursuits on offer in Snowdonia, with the sandy beaches of Barmouth, Fairbourne and Aberdovey. With a good range of shops and places to eat, the town is well placed for access to other nearby coastal resorts.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
