Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Ample off road parking. Front courtyard with furniture, plus shared lawned garden with furniture, unfenced stream and unfenced pond. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pub 7 mins walk. Note: Garden is not secure and there?s an unfenced stream and pond in garden, children and dogs to be supervised at all times. Note: This property is situated close to an A road, some road noise may be experienced. Note: Even though the pub is 7 minutes walk away, the main road you walk on can be very dark in the winter months.

Outside there's ample off road parking, a front courtyard with furniture and a shared lawned garden with furniture, unfenced stream and pond. Y Bwthyn is an excellent base with plenty of things to see and do nearby.

The scattered hamlet of Pentir with an excellent pub is situated on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park, between the famous town of Llanberis and Bangor. Llanberis has restaurants and shops, and is renowned as something of a 'mecca' for walkers and climbers.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
