Location

House is a large, semi-detached cottage with bags of character, nestled in North Wales countryside, on the fringes of St. Asaph. It plays host to 14 bedrooms; a king-size double with en-suite shower room, a king-size double with en-suite wet room, two king-size doubles with en-suite cloakrooms, along with another king-size double. There are a further two doubles, a twin with en-suite cloakroom, a triple bunk with en-suite cloakroom, a family room with two children's bunks and double basin, a second floor king-size double with en-suite cloakroom, two second floor king-size doubles and a second floor pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to 29 guests altogether. The interior also boasts a bathroom, two shower rooms and two cloakrooms as well as a kitchen/diner with gas fire, a utility, a sitting room, a conservatory/dining room a snug room and a library. You also have a bar, a drinks wash room and a function/conference room with a DJ booth in an external building. Outside is a large lawned garden with wheelchair ramps, decking area and gas heaters. House is a fabulous getaway for large groups looking to celebrate a special occasion.

St Asaph lies in the Vale of Clwyd, six miles between Denbigh and the coastal town of Rhyl, in North Wales. It overlooks the rivers Clwyd and Elwy, and is also home to a historic cathedral. In September, the city comes alive with the arrival of the North Wales International Music festival, which takes place across numerous locations. You also have traditional pubs within this small city, numerous craft and gift shops, a 9-hole golf course, horse riding, angling, and crown green bowling, as well as a leisure centre and the Tweedmill Retail Outlet.
