Electric oven and induction hob, combination microwave/oven/grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs (one Smart) with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front and rear patio with furniture and side garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 1 mile, pub and restaurant 10 mins walk. Note: There are 8 steps down to property from road but only one step up from the private off-road parking area. Note: The property sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, the sofa bed is for flexibility.
