Reviews of Sea View Apartment

"Needed somewhere to completely relax and the photos of the apartment really appealed, on arrival the real thing certainly did not disappoint ! It was easy to find and the instructions Gary gave us for locating keys and use of facilities were spot on. The weather for most of the week was stormy and the large windows made it the perfect place to sit and watch the rain and waves from the warmth and comfort of the settee. When we did venture out its a great location for quick access to Conwy, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay etc. The local fish and chip shop, The Jolly something was first class. The apartment is warm and spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and the bath a real treat! We would definitely recommend staying at Seaview Apartment and hope we gt to go again."

"This apartment is fabulous. It is on the promenade, looking over the sea. The apartment is huge with king sized bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor and an amazing double bedroom with en-suite on the top floor. The en-suite has a massive bath overlooking the sea, very romantic. The whole apartment was beautifully and very tastefully decorated/furnished, spotlessly clean, very light and airy, with everything you could need for your stay. Gary and Myriam have done a wonderful job refurbishing and kitting out the apartment, they obviously have excellent taste. You will never get fed up of the gorgeous views overlooking the beach. We used the apartment for a base to explore Wales, as it is very close to lots of attractions, although I could have just stayed in the apartment for the whole time, it was so beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to stay there again."

"As a family of 6 ranging from teenagers to grandparents, we stayed at Sea View Apartment for a week. We were very impressed with the location across a quite road from the beach, which had lots of room to play when the tide was out and safe swimming when it was in. The younger members of the family spent most of their time here. For the more mature of us, there was time to relax in the apartment with great views over looking the sea, across to Puffin Island and Angelesy. We also made use of the Pavilion located across the road with a good selection of food and drink. When we felt energetic, there was a lovely coastal path to walk along. The facilities in the apartment were also excellent. It was a big help having a washing machine and dryer to keep on top of laundry. The beds were very comfortable and of a high standard. Particularly in the "Penthouse" with a deep stand alone bath where you can look out to the sea. Small shops and take-away's were near by, and the larger towns of Bangor and Llandudno were a short drive along the A55. In summary, there was something to please everyone in the family from the more energetic to those of us that were looking for a relaxing break."

"Beautiful and luxuriously furnished, Sea View is everything we wanted from a holiday home and more. Friendly owners who communicated with us regularly during our stay to ensure everything was ok, we felt we could easily approach Gary if we'd had any issues. The flat is at the top of a huge Victorian house with stunning sea views to the front and equally majestic mountains to the rear-and the odd glimpse of trains running by is a bonus! Equally great for staying and playing on Llanfairfechan beach or travelling a little further to Angelsey or Llandudno. You really can take your pick. We didn't try the two very close eateries although both look clean and with good food choices. Chippie is ok and we really enjoyed the Indian, both a short walk away. The local Co-op is handy too. All in all we had an amazing and relaxing time here, we cannot recommend Sea View high enough-book for yourselves and experience it- and hope to be back."

"We are just back from a wonderful weekend and already thinking about our next stay - for a week next time! The apartment is beautiful - spacious, well appointed, comfortable, warm, clean - and in a great location just across from the beach. Parking is easy, just outside the property. The beach is fantastic for exploring at low tide and loads to do nearby for all ages. Conwy is in easy reach and we also went to Zipworld at Bethesda. Perfect for families - our group included 3 children aged 11, 6 and 4 and grandma too - we all absolutely loved it. "

"We chose Sea View for our holiday for its location and also from the gorgeous photos on its website. We weren't disappointed!! The location itself and views are stunning and incredibly peaceful and the apartment was indeed 5 star!! You can tell it is family owned and loved by all the details they have put into refurbishing the property. Just little things like black out blinds in the twin bedroom and plenty of crockery, utensils etc ( even children's ones!!) as well as incredibly comfortable beds and sofas!! I have a 3 year old and the apartment was totally child friendly. Even though you are so close to the main road you wouldn't actually realise it either inside the apartment or out on the beach - it really is that quiet!! There is also so much do so in the surrounding area - we could have stayed another month and not got bored!!! It's hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment but would definitely recommend without hesitation and hope to return at some point!!"

"We spent the first few days of March 2016 in this lovely apartment. Gary & Myriam could not have been more helpful and communication with them was also excellent. The flat was very warm, plenty of hot water for a bath with stunning views. Tastefully renovated, with expensive fittings and comfortable furniture/beds. Plenty of large bath towels each, and heated rails to dry on. Kitchen is amply supplied with all new items, dishwasher, microwave, quality surfaces. All in all, one did not want for anything. Walks from the door along promenade. Plenty of eating places, Oceans, bit pricy for breakfast. The Beach Pavilliion across the road, better value and plenty of choice, good views. The Village Inn, good homely food, friendly staff. The Austrian Restaurant, excellent food, well worth a trip. We shall definitely return to this stunning flat! Thank you Gary & Myriam"

"This is a lovely apartment, furniture and fittings all very well thought out and considered. Amply stocked kitchen, dishwasher, combi boiler for hot showers/bath. Can get quite extreme weather here at the sea front and the tasteful double glazing cocoons you from the worst of it. Wonderful sea views, comfy beds and tasteful white bed linen and towels. Have already recommended to friends who live in the village. Will definitely book again."

"We spent a week at Sea View with our kids aged 1 and 4. We have a fair amount of experience with self-catering accommodation across the UK and this was one of the really, really good ones. The flat has been very recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard. The decor is neutral and smart and everything is very good quality. The bathrooms are lovely and the shower was excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped and works well, with beautiful mountain views from the window. The lounge area was very comfortable and such incredible changing views out to the sea and Anglesey, we just loved it. All beds were comfortable - not always the case in holiday accommodation!! There was a box of toys which was much appreciated by the kids, and a good selection of DVDs - oh and TV was superb, and there was even Wifi, which made a huge difference when planning trips! I really don't have anything bad to say about this place, it was just perfect. Gary and Myriam had left useful information about how everything worked and activities etc. and also answered the queries I had once we arrived very promptly. In terms of visits, the location is just ideal. We visited Lllandudno for a trip down the pier and also a ride on both cable car and tram up to the Great Orme. We went to the excellent RSPB reserve at Conwy. We saw Caernarfon Castle and also Penrhyn. The railway at Lllanberis and railway centre at Betws-y-coed. The pier at Bangor. The Bodnant Welsh Food Centre was lovely for a coffee and scone, as well as stocking up on lovely local produce. And of course we spent a few afternoons just kicking about the beach out front. The village is a bit further up the hill really - maybe ten minutes walk, but we just nipped up in the car mostly. There is a really good Coop, about to be extended into a new store, as well as a few other shops including a PO, cash point and a decent fish & chip shop and really good Indian takeaway. There was also a pharmacy in the nearby medical centre which is always helpful with kids...! All in all, I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough - great location, great flat, great holiday. If you haven't been to this corner of the world, go now, and stay here."
