Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking space for 1 car in building car park, with free roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Licensed sailing club next door. Shops and pubs 5 mins walk. Beach 2 mins walk. Note: Apartment accessed via 11 external stairs and communal hallway. There is also an internal flight of stairs down to the bedrooms and bathroom. Note: No children over 2 years of age. Note: Check-in time 4pm.

The small seaside resort of Llanfairfechan is situated on the lovely North Wales coast. Llanfairfechan has easy access to the North Wales Coast Path and cycle way and is renowned for its miles of sandy beach, bird sanctuary and walks to suit all ages and abilities. Nearby is Conwy, a World Heritage Site famous for its historical and architectural heritage including its magnificent 13th century castle.
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

"My partner and I stayed here last month for a quiet getaway from the madness of London. We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location and accommodation to stay in! Everything was so homely - the hosts Jean & Marty were very welcoming, friendly and informative about the surrounding area. The location is right on the water with beautiful, picturesque views. The complimentary tea, coffee, fruit and traditional welsh cake were a lovely surprise. It's those little touches that make all the difference. "This is the cleanest holiday rental I have ever stayed in - and I have stayed in quite a few. The apartment has a lovely beach theme and is spacious and homely. It is home from home, and there were cake/scones and fruit all included. It was our wedding anniversary and the owners Jean and Mark had left a bottle of bubbly in the fridge for us, which was a lovely touch. The apartment overlooks the beach and is near to Anglesey and Conway. Our stay was lovely and we were 100% happy with the location, the apartment and the lovely owners."
