Reviews of Hen Efail

"This cottage is on a very busy main road (A487) which is used by all traffic between Aberytswyth and Machynlleth. There was no mention or any photos to warn us of this important aspect when booking our holiday. The main bedroom is within a few feet of this busy road and you can hear all traffic including heavy lorries until around midnight, and it starts again early morning. I am a poor sleeper and despite using ear plugs could not get a good night sleep due to excessive traffic noise. This is important information and should have been available before booking rather than have our holiday spoiled due to poor sleep caused by road noise."

"Great location near Aberdovey and Aberystwyth. There was plenty of parking and one of the best open plan lounges/dining rooms I've seen in a cottage. The owners were brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful."
