Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, electric AGA, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Off road parking for 3-4 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden and courtyard to the rear with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: From one of the king-size rooms there is a walk way and 6 steps down. Note: No glass in the courtyard near the hot tub.

This friendly Welsh village is an ideal base for exploring the local attractions, including an 18 hole golf course with driving range in the village, riding schools and a farm park. The university town of Aberystwyth is also close by and well-worth visiting.
