TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair (no cot bedding provided). Allocated off road parking for 1 car, plus 1 visitor space. Secure bike storage on request. Bike washing area. Small enclosed patio garden with hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Note: There is a small enclosed garden space for dogs, however they can be exercised on a lead in the garden to the front of the property.

Surrounding Newcastle Emlyn is beautiful countryside, whilst the rugged Cardiganshire coastline is just six miles away, where you have the opportunity to visit Cardigan Island Farm Park, wonderful sandy beaches, or take a boat trip to spot dolphins and seals at New Quay.
