Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x ground floor double. Ground floor shower room with a basin and WC. Sitting room with dining area with an electric fire. Conservatory. Oil central heating, electric fire. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with FreeSat, WIFI. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front gravel with furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 miles. Note: Low beams in first floor bedroom. Note: Cottage comes at the end of a long and bumpy track, care must be taken. The track is not suitable for sports cars and vehicles with low ground clearance but normal 2 wheel drive vehicles should not experience undue difficulty. Note: Mobile reception is limited, it generally improves the higher you go.Note: The WiFi connection is slow and is generally not suitable for streaming or Skype calls. Note: This is a working farm and at times there will inevitably be some noise connected with farming activities.

The Cottage at Fronhaul is a stone built farm building conversion located near the Carmarthenshire town of Whitland. It has two double bedrooms and a family shower room, it can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living dining room with an electric woodburning stove and a conservatory. To the outside there is a front gravel area with furniture and off road parking for two cars. The Cottage at Fronhaul is a charming property in a wonderfully rural location.

The small market town of Whitland, set on the River Taf offers shops, pubs, the Hywel Dda Gardens and Interpretive Centre. Just fifteen miles away is Carmarthen, which boasts a number of shops, restaurants, tea rooms, and Merlin's Centre. Close by are walking routes and sandy beaches. There is so much to see and do from Whitland.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
