Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private lawned, enclosed rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mile. Note: There are 2 steps up to sitting room. Owner also offers sketchbook art classes for the local landscape.

Situated close to the coastline, Hawthorn Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore this delightful part of the country.

Llandysul is a vibrant village with a selection of shops, tea rooms and pubs, and even its own canoeing club. Visit nearby New Quay or one of the numerous beaches on the Cardiganshire, Carmarthenshire or Pembrokeshire coastline. Boat trips to spot dolphins, whitewater rafting or a trip on a steam railway may appeal, or how about a day out to explore all the historic castles, mills and formal gardens? A wonderful base for touring this delightful area of Wales.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
