Lampeter is a small university town in Wales, resting just 23 miles away from Carmarthen. Withing the town you will find a number of locally-owned shops, a museum, a Welsh quilt museum, as well as having a wealth of unique tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The town also hosts regular markets and a food festival. Head to the coast where you will find Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire with their coastal walks and sandy beaches.
