Reviews of Ellanderroch

"Drymen is a lovely location for a holiday and just a short trip away from Loch Lomand. The village is lovely with a village shop, spar, several pubs a hotel and a butcher, provides everything you need. Ellanderoch is a lovely cottage in perfect keeping with the village. Everything is finished to a high standard and pretty new. The kitchen is fabulous with everything you need. The owners greeted us on arrival and provided a welcome pack of the basics bread, milk, tea and coffee. The owners live in the attached house and offer to help with anything you need. You even have WiFi access so for those who desire to be connected to the world and access to Netflix. The mark of good accomodation for me is a good bed - this cottage has wornderful bed. Overall a really comfortable home from home holiday cottage and made to feel extremely welcome. A perfect base for walking and short trips in the car to the local area, its really not too far from anywhere. The one slight downside is that Drymen Main Street can be noisy first thing in the morning, a mere blip on an otherwise wornderful place to stay. Would highly recommend"
