Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Roadside parking within estate grounds. Shared use of courtyard with furniture and communal grounds. Two well-behaved dogs allowed. No smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: External laundry service available on request and at additional cost. Note: Open tread stairs to first floor, care to be taken. Note: Low head height in king-size bedroom. Note: River, stream and pond in estate grounds, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in 4pm. Please call the office if you are looking to take any pet other than a dog.

Kirkmichael is a small village in South Ayrshire. It is home to a local shop and pub and is a good touring base for discovering this beautiful area. Just three miles away is the town of Maybole. The Ayrshire coastline is within easy reach, whilst the busy market town of Ayr is just 10 miles away.
