Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Front and rear patios with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Unfenced river at back of property, children must be supervised when outside. Note: No hand rails by outside steps.
