"A fantastic holiday home in a brilliant location. Plenty of room for a large family, with everything provided at the property so you couldn't ask for much more. Even though it was freezing outside with the underfloor heating in the house was always warm. Brilliant location for exploring the Highlands and of course skiing on the Cairngorms. "

"It had a very large and lovely wood finished well equipped kitchen with a great cooking range, it was a real pleasure to cook in and socialise in. The main living room was lovely with massive luxurious couches and plenty of beans bags and things to get everyone sat down at the same time. There was good WiFi signal in the house and a good sized porch with plenty of room for our groups plethora of winter jackets and boots etc. The bedrooms were lovely, all of the adults commented on the quality and comfort of the mattresses on the beds. Another luxurious feature was the baths, they are enormous. The house was nice and warm despite the wintry conditions outside, the underfloor heating downstairs was great and the upstairs living room with the fire was nice and toasty in the evening. Overall it was probably one of the best self catering houses we have stayed at as a group over the years. Will recommend to friends and family."

Fully equipped kitchen made cooking for so many people very easy. One thing we couldn't find was a hairdryer but it was a gamble not to take one with us! Within walking distance to Newtonmore. We all had a great stay."

"Perfect accommodation for a family get together. Given the sunshine and downpours, we were so glad of the under floor heating in the vestibule when peeling off the outdoor clothing and shoes. The location was perfect for exploring Newtonmore. We had a day in the town going to the museums and supporting the local shinty team. Then a day at the wildlife park and exploring Aviemore and surrounds. We loved the kitchen area and had out evening meals in the dining area. The upstairs lounge was great, curling up on the enormous couches."

"An Torr is an excellent spacious property perfect for two families. The family bedroom on the ground floor is ideal for grandparents. An extremely well equipped house with a very useful laundry room. Set in a quiet, safe environment, overlooking beautiful scenery. The children loved being independent and exploring the large garden. It is an easy walk to local shops and restaurants and is a good location for visiting places of interest in the Highlands. We have already recommended the property to friends and family and we hope to stay there again in the future."
