Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking nearby. Enclosed rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Note: Due to open staircase, property is not suitable for babies over 6 months old. Note: Although property does not accept pets, on occasion owners family take their dog. Note: Property does not accept Workers. Note - No children under the age of 7, including infants due to the property not being suitable.
