Outside there is ample off road parking and a rear patio with furniture. The Croft House is a lovely base for your holiday in Scotland.
Muir of Ord is a small town near the Beauly Firth, within easy reach of towns of Beauly and Dingwall and the city of Inverness. Muir of Ord offers some shops and hotels, and makes a good base for enjoying the Great Ord Distillery and Visitor Centre, and the walking and cycling of Glen Affric Nature Reserve.
From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

"The Croft House is in a nice, quiet location and is a lovely clean cottage. From this location we were able to explore nearby Spital Wood, thanks to a very handy walking trail map. The weather was good to us coming into summer and we both really enjoyed our stay."

"In a beautiful location, rural and quiet but only short 10min drive to Inverness. A very newly renovated cottage done to a beautiful standard. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere surrounded by beautiful scenery but actually with the security of the owners next door (who were absolutely lovely) and a very close to drive to all amenities. Loch Ness was a short drive and other attractions were within an hours drive. There were beautiful sandy beaches just up the road on the Black Isle. Really enjoyed ourselves."

"Very relaxing, a good place for walking and cycling. Had easy access to local towns, by car or local taxi. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Excellent views from cottage and it was warm, cosy & homely. Definitely will be back. Would recommend for a couples retreat, to get away, or for a small family going on a cycling holiday."
