Welcome to Kullbery. This log cabin is in the village of Insh, close to the village of Kincraig near to Aviemore and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x adult bunks. Bathroom with bath, hand held shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Electric panel heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Decked balcony with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 5 miles. Licensed restaurant 2 miles. Note: There are two steps to the front door and one step down to the balcony.

Location

Kulbery is a lovely log cabin situated in the village of Insh, close to the village of Kincraig just ten miles from Aviemore in the Highlands. The log cabin can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one with adult bunks together with family bathroom. Also in the cabin is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a decked balcony with furniture. Kulbery is a cosy cabin set in an exceptionally private and peaceful location.

Insh is an attractive Highland village midway between Kingussie and Aviemore, which is the hub of the skiing industry in Britain. Close to Loch Insh and Glenfeshie, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park and with the Cairngorm Mountains as a backdrop, Kincraig offers an ideal Highland base.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
