Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Coast 5 mins walk. Note: The front garden is opposite the cottage and is accessed via a road. Note: Children are not accepted at this property. Note: Check-in 4pm.

The village of Dunbeath situated on the south east side of Caithness offers a shop, pub, harbour and a community museum. This area of Scotland boasts Iron Age Brochs, walks and cycle routes, plus the larger village of Helmsdale and the coastal village of John O'Groats are within driving distance.
