Welcome to Burnside House. This wonderful detached cottage rests in Aviemore, within the Cairngorms National Park and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler dryer, TV with Sky, 4 x Smart TVs (one in each bedroom), high class music speaker system (iPod/co-ax compliant) and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available (please bring own cot linen). Secure outdoor shed with lock for bikes. Off-road parking for two cars. Small enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, charcoal barbecue and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, dog kennel also present. Sorry, no smoking. Further afield is the city of Inverness, less than an hours drive away and is rich with history and sightseeing opportunities.
