Location
Rockville is a semi-detached cottage on the beach front in Leven, Fife. The cottage has one king-size double bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite shower room, while the rest of the property is set on the ground floor. With two more twin bedrooms and a family bathroom the property can sleep up to six people. There is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a warming gas fire. Underneath the property in a garage there is a pool table and a small gym while outside you will find off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking, lockable bike storage and a patio with furniture. Rockville is a wonderful base in Leven, perfect for exploring the east coast of Fife.

"Lovely cosy house. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of everything to cater for 6+. Very clean and comfortable. Owners left us welcome pack of milk, biscuits and wine, and soap/shower gel in the bathrooms. All basics in the kitchen eg washing up liquid, kitchen roll, bin bags. Beautiful views of the sea. Easily accessible beach and prom, right on the Fife Coastal Path. Shops and eateries a few minutes walk. We will definitely visit again."

"An exceptionally well furnished home. We opted to have all beds made up as doubles and enjoyed seven nights seamless sleep! The cottage has all the modern conveniences and the decor very tasteful. The beach is just across the road, and the supermarket is nearby. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this property."

"We googled a cottage with pool table and this came up in the results for Sykes. Even though there were no photos showing the games room we still booked as we love playing pool when we are not out and about. Everything about this house is lovely and as described, however, the pool table is tiny, not the size of a pub pool table so we never used it. If you want a house with a pool table look elsewhere. If you're not bothered this is an excellent house and everything else was lovely..."

"Every home comfort was available. Had a great view of the promenade and sea especially from the luxurious upstairs bedroom. The beach was fantastic for exercising the dogs and us, and the coastal path too. The neighbours were friendly and Lidl was a two minute walk away, also there were some lovely bakers five minutes walk away."

"The house was warm and comfortable, with double glazing which was a great bonus as it was very wet and windy during our stay, has a lovely 'real' gas fire in lounge. Loads of towels and bathrobes supplied. House is just across from the beach which was ideal for us for walking the dogs. In a quiet location and walk-able to local shops. The 2 ground floor bedrooms and only 2 steps at front entrance makes it ideal for a party containing anyone with limited walking ability as in our party."
