"My husband and me were met by the owners Jane and Ian. Ian helped my husband with the luggage, then Jane showed us around this beautiful cottage. The living room has comfortable seating, lots of good books and information about the surrounding area, a wood burning fire and Jane had filled a vase with gorgeous lillies. The kitchen has everything you need, and all good quality, and there was a tray laid out with scones, jam, cream and strawberries. A lovely touch. The good size bathroom has a bath and walk in shower, again, Jane supplied shower gell, bubble bath and toilet rolls. The towels were lovely too. The bedroom has a huge bed which is very comfortable, it also has two good size fitted wardrobes and a full length mirror. There are plenty of electrical sockets. The whole house, we thought was excellent, and Jane and Ian were always on hand asking if we needed anything. I loved the way Jane filled the bird feeders every day, as I could watch finches, blackbirds, woodpecker and a red squirrel daily. We did a lot of touring in the Glens and on the coast, if you geocache, there are plenty hidden all around. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there ourselves in the future."
