Selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot. off-road parking. 2 well behaved pets accepted. No smoking. Pub across the road, shop 5 min walk. Beach 3 miles. Note: You are responsible for your own rubbish, There is a refuse crusher for rubbish near the local store for 7 euros. Please note: As from the end of October 2019 the first 50 units of electricity per week is included in the rental, anything over this will be chargeable.

The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking and a lawned garden to the rear with garden furniture. Sea Renity is a delightful cottage in a fantastic location.
