Reviews of Golden Acres

"The owner was very friendly. The cottage was very convenient for Knock and in a nice secluded position with good country side views but it was not too far from shops and other facilities."

"The owner of the cottage, took great pride in setting up her holiday home. First, everything sparkled with cleanliness. The furnishings were brand new and extremely comfortable. Second, the stove was a perfect touch in the living room. It was comforting to have the fire on in the evening. Third, the gardens and grounds are immaculate and safe. What a beautiful view of rolling fields and many shades of green! My four year old loved running about with a ball and will have forever memories of his time there. Fourth, the puzzles and DVDS provided were great entertainment and had something for each of us. Last, the owner was super friendly, easy to communicate with and most welcoming to our family. We definitely recommend this to all families. "

"A beautiful little place, very close to Knock and Ballyhaunis which are both well worth the visit. The landlady of the house was extremely helpful and thoughtful. The garden was lovely and ideal for anyone with young children. We will be sure to call for another visit."
