Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot. Ample off road parking. Front lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2.5 miles. Note: Although all ground floor, there are a couple of internal steps.

Ellie's Cottage is a cosy detached cottage set in an isolated position, 2.5 miles from the village of Newport, County Mayo. This single-storey cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms. The cottage also has a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a solid fuel stove. Outside there is ample off road parking and a front lawned garden with furniture. Ellie's Cottage is a lovely retreat for a couple or small family who wish to explore the area on foot or by bike, or you simply may want to admire the stunning scenery.
The small harbour village of Newport in County Mayo is situated along the shores of Clew Bay. Watersports and fishing, as well as walks and cycle routes are available in the area, and there are shops, pubs and restaurants in the village.
The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.
