Reviews of Tranquil Hill

"The house is situated in a wonderful spot. You have close access to a nice beach. Although the weather was not great (we can't blame the owners on that!), we still enjoyed the views. The house is fantastic with just about anything you would need. Belmullet is the closest town (about 5 miles) and is quite nice. In and around are many wonderful attractions and we were kept happy for the week there. I would happily go back again. Mary Ellen was so friendly to us."

"We rented this absolutely beautiful house in August 2014. I've rented houses all round Ireland for family holidays before, but nothing can compare to this one. It was spotless clean (very important) and had everything you could possible wish for in a holiday home AND MORE. Its a huge house so plenty of space for everyone and the views of the ocean are second to none. The lady that greeted us and showed us around was sooo lovely. She made us feel very at home and showed us around the entire house. She checked in on us during the week (via phone) to make sure everything was ok for us, and it certainly was. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and will most definitely be visiting again."

"The view was amazing. We were talking about returning from the moment we arrived and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. The beach was clean, empty and fabulous. The house had everything we needed - we particularly loved the massive sofa and the fridge / freezer. There was a great communal area that really made our family holiday."

"We hired this top class house over the xmas 2013 and had a great time.On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the very helpful caretaker named Mary. The house is very modern and well equipped with every thing we needed for our stay. The area is ideal for sightseeing and walkers and the nearest pub is a 10 minute drive. Local shops can be found in Belmullet a twenty minute drive with the town of Ballina a 50 minute drive. The surrounding area has great views plus long beach walks."
