Living room with dining area and sitting room. Oil fired central heating with oil fired range and wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, WIFI. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 5 cars. Lawn and shrub area to side of property. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles. NOTE: The cottage runs along a quiet country road. There is an additional small garden and pond on the other side of this road, so children should be supervised.

Hawthorn Hideaway is a lovely cottage located near Manorhamilton of Co. Leitrim. It comprises four bedrooms; three doubles, one with an en-suite shower room and a bunk room. There is also a family shower room and a ground floor cloakroom along with a kitchen and two sitting rooms, one with a dining area. Outside is a lawned garden and off-road parking for 5 cars. This delightful property, resting on a quiet country lane, makes the perfect Irish getaway.

Manorhamilton lies in the north of County Leitrim, in the centre of the North Leitrim Glens, a region which is renowned for its hill walking. There is a wide choice of pubs and eateries in the town, and the area as a whole is known for its strong love of live Irish music, with many such performances taking place throughout the year. There is a theatre and arts centre called The Glens Centre. Manorhamilton Castle, now a ruin, has been transformed into a visitor attraction, while other fascinating places to visit include the Leitrim Sculpture Centre and the Famine Graveyard. Visit Glencar Waterfall or take a scenic drive round the Erne Waterway. Explore the towns and villages of the area including Rosses Point, Strandhill and Bundoran and experience several golf courses, horse riding stables and beaches. Manorhamilton is an ideal location for visiting the north west and beyond.
